I start far more projects than I could ever possibly keep going but I think that's okay because it's all part of pushing my boundaries and seeing what I'm good at.
Some past projects that are no longer active but that I really loved while they were include:
- Create Me Free, non-profit literary arts organization for incarcerated adults. I produced a quarterly literary magazine for two years. When it came time to terminate this project I lcreated a through-the-mail mentorship program to assist the participating inmates with their writing. One of these men has gone on to write a book about his life and another has worked with his mentor to be published in a local newspaper.
